Elevating Anthony Quirk’s New Lettings Service
I was brought on board to help launch and elevate Anthony Quirk’s new lettings service, with the goal of creating a strong, cohesive visual identity and promotional presence. To kick things off, I filmed and edited a dynamic promotional video that introduced the service and its unique offerings to the market.

Alongside the video, I designed and printed branded roller banners to reinforce the new brand direction in both digital and physical spaces. The success of this initial campaign led to an ongoing collaboration with the business.

I was tasked with presenting key figures and achievements for Anthony Quirk—but instead of using the usual pie charts and static graphics typically shared online, I was asked to create something more engaging. I developed a short, dynamic video that visually documented the stats and milestones in a fresh, captivating way. By combining motion graphics with on-brand visuals and a narrative flow, the video turned raw data into an eye-catching piece of content that was both informative and shareable—bringing new energy to their usual reporting style.
Since then, I’ve continued to support the team by creating engaging social media content, producing new property showcase videos, and designing a suite of customizable templates for their internal team to use. These templates ensure visual consistency across their online platforms and help maintain a strong, professional brand identity moving forward.


GRANITE CONSTRUCTION
The B2C (business-to-consumer) role in a construction company is essential for staying competitive and attracting new clients. In my view, marketing is an area that has been significantly overlooked in the construction industry, particularly when examining Granite's local competition.
This presents a valuable opportunity for Granite Construction to distinguish itself from competitors and enhance its brand overall.

I designed and photographed this 16-page brochure and set it up ready for print. It features Granites' top-quality finishes, services, and client testimonials, helping potential clients feel confident in choosing Granites for their upcoming projects and investments.

I filmed and edited a welcome video for the website homepage. I think it's essential as it immediately creates a personal connection with potential clients. A well-crafted video can effectively convey your brand's message and values, making it easier for potential customers to understand what you offer and build trust.

PGR TIMBER LTD
With the new Braintree branch opening for PGR, I created the following advertisement and marketing materials to post online and raise awareness of the new addition. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I was at ease knowing I could understand the direct approach needed to appeal to new customers.

Filmed and edited a short video for the new branch opening
planning the key moments I wanted to capture, including the customer interactions. I filmed the event using my own professional equipment and drone footage. Edited in Adobe premier pro, adding upbeat music and text overlays to emphasize important information. The final product a vibrant and engaging video that showcased the excitement of the new branch opening.

W&H Roads Ltd

I created and edited a promotional video for WH Roads, a concrete. The video showcases their multiple locations and highlights their volumetric service offers an accurate and cost option compared to other concrete suppliers. It was crucial to communicate this information effectively to the audience while also producing an engaging and visually appealing video, which was a success. This led to further collaborations.

I created a focused email campaign aimed at engaging WH Roads subscribers through tailored content and services they may not have been aware of.
The Hutch Ltd
I met with the team at Hutch, a new establishment, to provide guidance on launching their brand successfully.
I created the logo and photographed their menu, designed content and adverts for social media, and developed weekly specials. As a result, there was a noticeable increase in sales, leading to the introduction of another branch!
